All option in the submenu refers to display property changes of data cell in grid and options in menu bar together.
If All chosen, Format toolbar is activated and you are able to change font in the menu bar and select different font and font size in the grid (Advanced Formatting toolbar is disabled).
Default display property for All (font: Verdana and font size: 8) is shown in the following figure:
If changed font to Courier and font size to 12:
