Friday, April 07, 2006 5.0 for 2.0 is now released!!!! 5.0 is the most advanced OLAP control that is available for Visual Studio 2005 and 2.0. With version 5.0 we took the opportunity to rewrite as a set of co-operating web parts, allowing independent positioning and control of all the visual elements that are typically used in Business Intelligence dashboards. All of the components co-operate through connection to Data Provider component that communicates with either XML/A or providers. 5.0 data provider connects directly to SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 through a simple to use wizard. reorganization has provided us with the groundwork required to tackle the issue of making even more interactive through the use of AJAX technologies. Please check with us soon as we expect to have Snowflake.ajax available by Q3 2006.
