Snowflake.net 5.0 for asp.net 2.0 is now released!!!!

Snowflake.net 5.0 is the most advanced OLAP asp.net control that is available for Visual Studio 2005 and asp.net 2.0. With version 5.0 we took the opportunity to rewrite Snowflake.net as a set of co-operating web parts, allowing independent positioning and control of all the visual elements that are typically used in Business Intelligence dashboards. All of the components co-operate through connection to Snowflake.net Data Provider component that communicates with either XML/A or ADOMD.net providers. Snowflake.net 5.0 data provider connects directly to SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 through a simple to use wizard. Snowflake.net reorganization has provided us with the groundwork required to tackle the issue of making Snowflake.net even more interactive through the use of AJAX technologies. Please check with us soon as we expect to have Snowflake.ajax available by Q3 2006.

Snowflake 5.0 is a major re-architecture of the Snowflake.net component. The component is broken out into a set of co-operating web parts that make creating BI portals easier than ever. Snowflake 5.0 supports direct connectivity to SSAS 2005 through both ADOMD.net, XML/A and ADOMD.net over TCP/IP.

Snowflake.net 4.x is the solution for asp.net 1.1 solutions that need to access SSAS 2005 and will be supported through 2007.
