The Slice Editor option from View menu is used to show or hide slice editor.
Choose Slice Editor option from the View menu as shown:
When chosen Slice Editor option, you can see the following:
Slice Editor positioned when grid, chart, and axis legend are all checked:
When shown, you can use Slice Editor to zoom/drill in.
